WATCH: Brevard County Fire Rescue units BCFR E26, E29, R26, R29, Truck 24, FCFD E28 and Air 28, D45, D40, D20, Fire 1 are on the scene working a residential fire in the 7300 block of Carlowe Avenue in Port St. John.

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT ST. JOHN, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue units BCFR E26, E29, R26, R29, Truck 24, FCFD E28 and Air 28, D45, D40, D20, Fire 1 are on the scene working a residential fire in the 7300 block of Carlowe Avenue in Port St. John.

According to the Brevard County Fire Rescue, units are fighting a heavily involved garage fire that extends into the attic that has created defensive fire conditions very quickly.

“Three occupants made it out safely with their pets,” said Brevard County Fire Rescue officials. “The Red Cross us being called to assist.”

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined and the county fire inspector is en route to the scene.
