Cocoa Man Arrested By Melbourne Police For Burglary, Exposing His Genitals To Victim

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police have arrested a Cocoa man on Wednesday for burglary and exposing his genitals to the victim back on September 15 near the 100 block of Bluff Terrace.

The suspect has been identified by police as 30-year-old Renaud Powell Neil.

“There are other similar cases that occurred in the area that are still being actively investigated and remain open,” said Lt. Scott Mostert of the Melbourne Police Department.

“At this time, detectives have not been able to connect the cases but continue to investigate.”

Police remind residents to call in any suspicious persons to the police and to ensure their residences are securely locked.
