Palm Bay Police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting that killed Jimmy Walker Sunday afternoon on Londale Ave.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting that killed Jimmy Walker Sunday afternoon on Londale Ave.

Authorities arrested Roger Walker, 24, and charged him with second degree murder and carrying a concealed firearm.

According to witness statements to police, the victim and the suspect were engaged in an altercation at a homeless camp when the victim was fatally shot.

Walker is currently being held at the Brevard County jail pending first court appearance.
