Titusville Police Detectives are searching for a man suspected in the robbery of a 7-11 convenience store.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police Detectives are searching for a man suspected in the robbery of a 7-11 convenience store.

According to Amy Matthews, Titusville Police Department Public Affairs Coordinator/Public Information Officer, at approximately 7:24 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a report of a robbery at the 7-11 located at 1500 Garden Street.

“The preliminary investigation has revealed that the suspect, described as a white male, approximately 40 to 50 years old, wearing a brown zip-up jacket, black shirt and blue jeans, entered the 7-11, demanded money from the clerk and fled the scene on foot with the stolen money,” said Matthews.

Matthews said that the suspect implied a weapon but none was displayed and there were no injuries.

“Detectives are working strong leads in this case,” said Matthews.
