Your ticket will support the foundation’s efforts to preserve the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, providing public access to this unique national landmark for all, in addition, to supporting Descendant’s Day celebration honoring the surviving families of former Cape Canaveral Lighthouse Keepers.
“As we move into 2019 we are looking to build on our current successes by expanding our education project with the Brevard Public Schools fourth grade students,” said spokesperson Tara Ruch.
“We will also be enhancing our tour experiences so all groups large and small have the opportunity to visit and know the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, and finally the grand opening of the Keepers` Cottage Museum.”
The dress is Casual for this outdoor event.
Tickets are $100, and while this event is currently scheduled to coincide with the launch of a Delta 4 rocket, it is not connected to or dependent on the lunch occurring.
Roundtrip transportation will be provided to the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse from the Exploration Tower at Port Canaveral.
All attendees will be required to fill out a security access form and provide a driver’s license (or government issued ID) before getting onto the bus.
