BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment company with operations across the Southeast and Texas, has been named the exclusive representative for the highly anticipated Space Coast Town Center, a mixed-use development featuring prime sites available for multi-family, retail, hospitality and office use near St. Johns Heritage Parkway in West Melbourne.

Construction of the multi-family component is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2019.

Just north of the plaza and village green is an opportunity for a corporate office campus with lake views. The property, which is also expected to feature restaurants, cafes, and small shops, is bounded to the north by US 192 and is bisected by St. Johns Heritage Parkway.

The developers showcased Space Coast Town Center during the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) annual conference last August in Orlando.
