Three Men Arrested On Drug Charges After Search Warrant By Melbourne Police, SWAT Team

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA –Three men were arrested for various drug charges after search warrant was carried out in Melbourne by the Melbourne Police Special Investigations Unit, along with a SWAT team and Community Response Team.

Police say the warrant was a culmination of a long investigation based on community complaints, to include suspected drug sales and an overdose.

The result of the warrant led to arrest 34-year-old Wayne Pushman, 37-year-old Christopher Mogle and 30-year-old Christopher Mollet.

Pushman has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mogle is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, while Mollet is charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A total of 11.6 grams of methamphetamine, 2.4 grams of heroin and 4.4 grams of alprazolam were taken from the residence and submitted as evidence.

Other unidentified substances were also seized, according to police.
