PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA (FOX 13) – Pasco County deputies and forensic anthropologists from the University of South Florida have located a body in the yard of a home in Port Richey.

Crews have been searching the area since Friday after 25-year-old Shelby John Nealy was arrested for the death of three of his in-laws. Deputies confirmed the investigation at the home was related to the triple homicide in Tarpon Springs.

A neighbor told FOX 13 she was recently walking her dog and smelt a foul odor coming from the home in question.

“It smelled awful like septic tank, but worse,” said Amy Stilson.

Other neighbors confirmed Nealy rented the Norwood Avenue home with his wife and children.

Nealy’s wife, Jamie Ivancic, is still considered missing.
