The Melbourne Police Department announced on Tuesday they have found a body in the Indian River near the Melbourne Causeway.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne Police Department announced on Tuesday they have found a body in the Indian River near the Melbourne Causeway.

Police are presently conducting a recovery operation.

Investigators are working on confirming the identity of the body.
