Culver Drive in Palm Bay Road Closures Scheduled This Week 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – On the evenings of March 12th (Tuesday) and March 13th (Wednesday), portions of Culver Drive will be closed from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. to allow for the installation stormwater and utilities infrastructure improvements.
The construction taking place will involve roadway and shoulder closures, but only during designated times.
In order to complete this process, temporary road closures are required. To minimize the impact of the road closures, the work will be completed overnight between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
This measure will prevent total closures during daytime hours, which will greatly reduce the impact on area motorists. The scheduling change will also provide safer conditions for crews working on and near the roadway.
Some of the excavation and construction work needed for the projects will require the use of heavy machinery. Residents in the vicinity may experience some mild to moderate disruptions during the overnight operations. Instances of overnight construction will be limited as much as possible to keep resident impacts to a minimum.
