Bre vard County Area Firefighters Extinguish Structure Fire In Palm Bay on Monday

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue units responded to a structure fire Monday afternoon on the 200 block of Cavalier Street in Palm Bay.

Officials say occupants inside have made it out safely.

One occupant sustained minor burns and was being treated by crews on scene.

Firefighters say the garage area is a total loss and an extension into the home.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Firefighters reported to the scene around 2 p.m. to extinguish the blaze.
