ABOVE VIDEO: Firefighters with Palm Bay Fire Rescue are calling a house fire that occurred on Emerson Dr. Monday night ‘suspicious’ after a number of household items were found scattered across the yard when they arrived.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Firefighters with Palm Bay Fire Rescue are calling a house fire that occurred on Emerson Dr. Monday night ‘suspicious’ after a number of household items were found scattered across the yard when they arrived.

Officials say nobody was inside the home when the fire broke out.

Firefighters arrived on-scene around 10 p.m. and extinguished the blaze shortly after.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
