BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA– In this week’s episode of “Cookin’ Up Justice,” Brevard Sheriff Wayne Ivey seeks to locate 51-year-old Ronald Scott Winscher.

Investigators say Winscher is wanted for violation of probation reference burglary of structure and grand theft.

Winscher’s last known location was the Merritt Island and Cocoa area.
