Titusville Fire Units Knock Down Bedroom Blaze at Pelican Point Condominiums

At 6:05 a.m. Wednesday morning Titusville Fire was dispatched to a report of a structure fire at 2465 South Washington Avenue at Pelican Point condominiums.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – At 6:05 a.m. Wednesday morning Titusville Fire was dispatched to a report of a structure fire at 2465 South Washington Avenue at Pelican Point condominiums.

Assisting Titusville Fire on the call was Brevard County Fire Rescue.

Titusville Fire reported that, upon arrival, the occupants had evacuated from a second-floor apartment where there was a blaze in the bedroom.

Personnel from E11 made an entry and located the fire in the bedroom.

Titusville Fire said the fire was knocked down quickly.

There were no injuries reported but there was some smoke damage to adjacent apartments.

The cause of the fire was determined to be electrical in nature.
