Brevard County Fire Rescue units E81, R81 and Tender 81 were on the scene

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue crews responded to a tractor-trailer crash early Saturday morning about 4 a.m. 

The crash happened in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 at mile marker 187, just south of the Pineda in Melbourne.

Brevard County Fire Rescue officials said that the tractor-trailer hit a guardrail.

The cargo was not hazardous and the truck driver was assessed for minor injuries.

Brevard County Fire Rescue units E81, R81 and Tender 81 were on the scene.
