Florida Tech Baseball’s Andy Marzheuser Named NCBWA Division-II Second Team

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) released the 2019 All-South Region teams in which Andrew Marzheuser was awarded second-team honors.

Marzheuser in the 2019 season recorded eight wins leading the team and tying for third in the Sunshine State Conference.

He led the Sunshine State Conference in ERA (1.96) and he also ranked third in strikeouts (94), fourth in innings pitched (87.1) and did not allow a home run in the season.

Earlier this month, Marzheuser earned All-SSC First Team honors for the second time in his career, the first one coming in the 2017 season.
