Justin Orr Arrested in Connection With the Death of his Wife, 32-Year-Old Samantha Orr

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Justin Orr, 32, in connection with the death of his wife, 32-year-old Samantha Orr, who was discovered in a residence in unincorporated Cocoa on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Brevard County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Tod Goodyear, Orr was charged with 2nd Degree Murder after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He is currently being held at the Brevard County Jail on a No Bond status.
The investigation began on May 14 when deputies responded to the 300 block of Iris Street at approximately 2:48 p.m. after receiving a call in reference to a person who was screaming.

“The investigation of the suspicious incident led deputies to the residence where they observed a bloody Justin Orr,” said Goodyear.
“Deputies then discovered the deceased victim inside the residence.”
The victim was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office where an autopsy is expected to be completed Wendesday.
