PALM BAY POLICE: Both victims were transported to the hospital under a trauma alert

Palm Bay police officers responded to a house party late Saturday night at 1498 Port Malabar Boulevard and discovered two gunshot victims. “Once on scene officers located two victims with gunshot wounds, a 34-year-old male and a 43-year-old female,” said Palm Bay Police Lt. Steve Bland.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay police officers responded to a house party late Saturday night at 1498 Port Malabar Boulevard and discovered two gunshot victims.

“Once on scene officers located two victims with gunshot wounds, a 34-year-old male and a 43-year-old female,” said Palm Bay Police Lt. Steve Bland.

“Both victims were transported to the hospital under a trauma alert. The suspect fled the scene but has been identified and a warrant was issued for his arrest.”

Based on the initial investigation, detectives believe the male victim and the suspect were involved in a disturbance that escalated into a physical confrontation and shooting.

Palm Bay police detectives are investigating the circumstances of the shooting and have not yet released the names of the victims.
