The City of Cape Canaveral will continue its 2019 Friday Fest event series on Friday, June 7 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Local music legends The Wild Card Band will be rocking the stage. Beer and wine sales from this event benefit the Cape Canaveral Soccer Club.

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – The City of Cape Canaveral will continue its 2019 Friday Fest event series on Friday, June 7 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

This family and leashed-dog friendly street fair takes place on Taylor Avenue in Cape Canaveral and features food trucks, local artists, craft/retail vendors, and a huge bounce house area to keep the little ones entertained.

Local music legends The Wild Card Band will be rocking the stage. Beer and wine sales from this event benefit the Cape Canaveral Soccer Club.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for Rover’s Space has been rescheduled for this event and will begin at 5:30 pm in the plaza, adjacent to City Hall, located at 100 Polk Avenue.

Dog owners are encouraged to dress up their four-legged friends for the Sun, Space + Sea doggy costume contest.

The winners of the contest will be crowned King & Queen and they will lead the pack in a parade of pooches around the block to the entrance of the park.

This event welcomes guests of all ages and as always, admission is free.
