POLICE: train was stalled on the tracks Thursday morning due to 'mechanical issues'

The train that was stopped on the tracks with mechanical issues, bocking New Haven, Strawbridge, Hibiscus, and Nasa, and affecting gates at Babcock, is now moving slowly.

BREVARD COUNTY MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The train that was stopped on the tracks with mechanical issues, bocking New Haven, Strawbridge, Hibiscus, and Nasa, and affecting gates at Babcock, is now moving slowly.

Alternate routes recommended by the Melbourne police are North of Babcock, Melbourne Ave., or south of New Haven.

According to the Melbourne police, the train was stalled on the tracks Thursday morning due to “mechanical issues.”
