NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST: Fourth of July evening looks good for fireworks around the Space Coast

SATURDAY: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 11 am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 87. East wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
SATURDAY NIGHT: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 73. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

SUNDAY: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 10am. Partly sunny, with a high near 91. Calm wind becoming south southeast around 5 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
SUNDAY NIGHT: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 74. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

MONDAY: 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 92. West wind 5 to 10 mph.
MONDAY NIGHT: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 74. South southeast wind around 5 mph becoming northwest after midnight.

TUESDAY: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 94. West northwest wind around 5 mph becoming east northeast in the afternoon.
TUESDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear, with a low around 74. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
