You have time to overeat
The good thing with fasting is that it lasts only up to a certain number of hours. Once it’s over, you can start eating again. At that point, you can grab whatever you want. If you follow intermittent fasting, it usually doesn’t dictate what you can’t eat during the eating window of the day.
If it’s time to feast, you can find a buffet restaurant and eat what you missed. You still need to be cautious with what you eat though.
