VITAS Healthcare Hosts Career Fairs to Fill 88 New Positions in Brevard County

BREVARD COUNTY • EAU GALLIE, FLORIDA – VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider in end-of-life care, is recruiting for new positions—mostly RNs, home health aides and LPNs—in the Brevard markets as it expands its Florida presence.

VITAS will host a Brevard County Career Fair on Wednesday, July 17, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 4450 West Eau Gallie Boulevard in Melbourne.

As a result of increasing needs of quality end-of-life care in Florida, VITAS is looking to fill 400 positions across the state this summer.

Founded 40 years ago in Miami, VITAS continues to meet the needs of the growing senior population in Florida—the population of 65-plus Florida residents is expected to increase by about 15 percent by 2024, according to AHCA Florida Population Estimates.

VITAS is seeking passionate and qualified candidates who want a career in hospice to provide unique services to patients and their families.
