A 21-year-old man has died after two-car crash at the intersection of South St. and Park Ave. in Titusville early Tuesday morning.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – A 21-year-old man has died after two-car crash at the intersection of South St. and Park Ave. in Titusville early Tuesday morning.

Police say the crash happened around 2:05 a.m. when the victim was traveling in a white 2015 Honda Civic northbound on South Street. The victim attempted a shallow U-turn at Park Ave. and was struck on the driver’s side by a northbound 2017 Honda Accord driven by 32-year-old Antonio Keith Cohen from Melbourne, according to Titusville Police.

The victim has been identified as Matthew David Peterson from Titusville.

A male passenger inside the Honda Civic was taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

No other injuries were reported.
