BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Men’s soccer head coach, Robin Chan, has announced the team’s 2019 schedule. During the regular season, the team will take the field against three NCAA tournament teams, including the defending national champion, and will scrimmage another during its preseason.

Florida Tech has a slate of 15 regular season matches, including seven home tilts at Rick Stottler Field. The men will also open the year with an exhibition and two scrimmages.

The Panthers opens its season with a trip to Winter Park, Florida, for two neutral-site showdowns versus Wingate and Chowan. Following that the team has its home opener against Auburn University – Montgomery and will be back in Melbourne as they host Limestone.

The Crimson and Gray rounds out its nonconference schedule with a trip to St. Augustine, Florida, for a match with Flagler and then takes a trip to Daytona Beach, Florida, to face off with Embry-Riddle in the team’s Sunshine State Conference opener.

Tech heads back home to Melbourne for a quick one-game homestand against defending national champion Barry. The men then hit the road for two straight contests against Nova Southeastern and Eckerd.

Following the road trip, the Panthers gets to enjoy some home cooking as they play three of their next four matches on their home pitch as they host Florida Southern then Saint Leo.

They hit the road for their second trip of the season to Winter Park this time to play Rollins. They will end this stretch with a home showdown against Palm Beach Atlantic.

Tech ends its road schedule with a match against the Tampa Spartans at Pepin Stadium.
