BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – We are over the first seven months of 2019 and my how things have changed. Remember back in December when the Feds announced plans to increase interest rates at least four times as we entered into 2019? Yikes!
This certainly wouldn’t help our housing market especially with first time home buyers trying to transfer out of the rent race. It was gloom and doom. But then, something wonderful happened. Interest rates dropped.
Mortgage lenders are extremely busy again as Brevard County home buyers take advantage of today’s interest rate environment.
