ORLANDO, FLORIDA – UCF Knights completed their 11th practice of fall camp on Monday outside the Nicholson Fieldhouse after the team worked out for two hours in full pads.

Associate Head Coach/Secondary Coach Willie Martinez likes what he has seen so far from the team but emphasized he wants to see better communication from the players.

“It’s not really where it needs to be but they feel more comfortable and you are seeing better execution much earlier this year compared to last year at this time,” said Martinez.

“There’s still some things we need to clean up. But I think they are playing faster as a result of knowing the defense.”

On Monday, UCF announced that for the first time in school history, UCF has sold its entire season-ticket allotment.

Single-game tickets are still available but officials at UCF warn they are going fast.

“The fact that our season-ticket allotment is gone before the start of a season is a first for UCF, and it absolutely speaks to both the success of the football program and how our alumni and community have embraced Orlando’s Hometown Team,” said UCF AD Danny White.
