Bori – Represents Boriqua which means loyal. I am a Puertorican baker who has carried many recipes from generations down. I can still smell my grandmother’s cookies baking in her kitchen.
Mami – Means motherly, womanly, a loving title in our Puertorican lingo.
Put them both together and what do you get?
