BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office seeks “Fishing for Fugitives” suspect Cecil O. Francis IV as Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from the beautiful Lee Wenner Park in Cocoa.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey featured his “Catch of the Day” as 41-year-old Cecil O. Francis IV.

Francis IV is wanted for violation of community control reference two counts of conspiracy to possess Heroin and two counts of solicitation to sell heroin.

Sheriff Ivey says that Francis IV is known to be in the “waters of the Merritt Island area” and was last “hooked” May 28,2019.

Francis IV has no bond.

“If you’re the Catch of the Day, you know what to do,” said Sheriff Ivey.  “Head over to the Brevard County Jail and turn yourself in, because if you don’t, our Fugitive Unit will be coming to get you.”

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
