Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex Will Reopen Friday After Closure Due to Hurricane Dorian

The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will reopen to guests on Friday following a closure due to the impact of Hurricane Dorian.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will reopen to guests on Friday following a closure due to the impact of Hurricane Dorian.

Hours of operation are 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will be fully operational, including all attractions, exhibits and programs featuring the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour, Space Shuttle Atlantis, Dine With An Astronaut, Astronaut Encounter, 3D space films, Journey to Mars: Explorers Wanted and more.

If you have pre-purchased the Explore Tour or Cape Canaveral Early Space Tour for September 6, 7 or 8, we are awaiting both NASA’s and the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station’s complete location assessments and will provide information when available to those ticket holders via email.

Refunds will be available to those who previously purchased a Special Interest Tour or Dine With An Astronaut during closures related to the storm.

Please keep an eye on your email for refund information. After the visitor complex reopens, you may also visit the Information Center or Guest Services or call 855-433-4210 for a refund.
