MultiVerse Global Officially Closes on Space Coast Town Centre in West Melbourne

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – MultiVerse Global officially closed on the Space Coast Town Centre, an upscale mixed-use development located at the junction of St. Johns Heritage Parkway, U.S. Highway 192, and I-95.

“Space Coast Town Centre will be a completely integrated urban community – residents can wake up and take a jog around the lake, sip coffee prepared by their neighborhood barista, walk to work or hop a short commute along the relief route, and come home to the best restaurants in town,” said veteran developer Edgar Jones, principal of MultiVerse Global.

Tapped by the Miami-based developer, Foundry Commercial will market retail, office and hospitality sites for sale within the 170-acre high-end community.

Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment company with operations across the Southeast and Texas, is the exclusive representative for the Space Coast Town Centre.

This announcement comes on the heels of the City of West Melbourne’s recent approval of a land-use code change, the proposed Master Plan, and the Development Agreement, which greenlights the construction of the highly anticipated mixed-use development.

As part of these approvals, the Space Coast Town Centre is poised to offer premier, upscale multi-family apartments. Unlike many of the surrounding multi-family options, the apartments at Space Coast Town Centre will feature beautifully designed common areas and elevators that lead into spacious and luxurious apartments located on four floors of the building.

In addition to the multi-family units, plans also detail hundreds of thousands of square feet of office, retail and hospitality space; a grocery store; and an attractive lake serving as the focal point for the waterfront plaza and surrounding buildings.

Construction of the multi-family component is slated to begin early next year. Integra Land Company, well-known for its experience and capabilities in the development of high-end multi-family properties, has been selected for the initial phase of the multi-family portion.
