BREVARD COUNTY MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police announced that a warrant has been issued for Matthew Ryan Johnson’s arrest in the burglary incident that happened a few weeks ago at the Frigate’s Restaurant around 9:30 p.m. when a then-unknown suspect entered the utility room on the bottom floor of the restaurant under construction and stole approximately $800 worth of tools and scrap copper.

Melbourne police detectives are seeking Johnson, who police described as a 42-year-old white male, 5-feet-11-inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

He is believed to currently be homeless and Johnson’s last known address is 711 Washburn Road in Melbourne.

BREVARD COUNTY MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police are investigating a burglary incident that happened a few weeks ago at the Frigate’s Restaurant around 9:30 p.m. when an unknown suspect entered the utility room on the bottom floor of the restaurant under construction and stole approximately $800 worth of tools and scrap copper.

The restaurant is located at 1120 N. Harbor City Boulevard.

The suspect is described as a thin white male wearing a flannel shirt, dark-colored pants and a baseball cap.
