Valencia College has established Central Florida's premier Fire Rescue Institute

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue Fire Chief Mark Schollmeyer was at the Valencia College Fire Rescue Institute Class graduation last week and took the opportunity to congratulate Antonia Coschignano on the first milestone on what Brevard County Fire Rescue hopes is a long and prosperous and rewarding career in the fire service.

Valencia College, in collaboration with other Central Florida fire agencies, has established the premier Fire Rescue Institute to provide career pathways to meet the needs of the fire service community in Central Florida, nationally and globally.

“Their programs infuse high quality and diverse learning and training opportunities to advance all professionals in the industry,” said Brevard County Fire Rescue officials.
