Brevard Public Schools Announce Hurricane Dorian Make-Up Day Will Be Feb. 17, 2020

This will be a full day of school for students

Please be advised that Brevard Public Schools is required to make up one of the three days schools were closed last month due to Hurricane Dorian, in order to meet instructional requirements. (BPS image)

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – To meet state instructional requirements, Brevard Public Schools is required to make up one of the three days schools were closed last month due to Hurricane Dorian.

Students are now expected to attend school on Monday, February 17, 2020, which was previously scheduled as a teacher work day and student holiday.

This will be a full day of school for students.

Families should adjust their calendars accordingly.
