BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Juvenile green sea turtle Scatman John will make their way back to the ocean after a two-month stay at Brevard Zoo’s Sea Turtle Healing Center.

Found stranded near the hotel and brought to the Healing Center by Sea Turtle Preservation Society on August 25, Scatman John arrived lethargic with a bacterial infection. They were treated with nutritional support and medication, then deemed ready for release.
