“We are all thrilled to be back after a year off due to the great amount of effort our Board and Guild had to put into dealing with the Family First Act,” said event organizers.

“Now that we have found a path forward – it’s time to celebrate.”

Put on your dancing shoes and your finest attire and join us for an evening under the stars, with the sound of the waves and a Big Band as we transport you back to an era that Flew us to the Moon.

With the 50th anniversary of the moon landing this year we are paying tribute to the Space Coast and its support in helping the children of The Haven have a brighter today and a better tomorrow.

We are grateful for the many businesses and benefactors that support The Haven for Children and hope to have your continued support of our annual fundraiser.

We have compiled a list of the sponsorship opportunities, along with benefits that show our appreciation for your support.

Nicole Stott “Artist, Astronaut, Earthling” will be a featured speaker and most special guest at this year’s Havenly Affair.

A veteran NASA Astronaut, her experience includes two spaceflights and 104 days living and working in space on both the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station (ISS).

She performed one spacewalk, was the first person to fly the robotic arm to capture the free flying HTV cargo vehicle, she was the last crew member to fly to and from their ISS mission on a Space Shuttle, and she was a member of the crew of the final flight of the Space Shuttle Discovery, STS-133.

A personal highlight of Nicole’s spaceflight was painting the first watercolor in space.
