President Donald Trump Will Be in The Villages Thursday, Will Discuss Health Care

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will be on hand

resident Donald Trump will be in The Villages Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.at the Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center, located at 1051 Main Street.

THE VILLAGES – President Donald Trump will be in The Villages Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.at the Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center, located at 1051 Main Street.

The visit will be President Trump’s first to Central Florida since the kickoff to his 2020 campaign at the Amway Center in Orlando last June.

President Trump is expected to draw a large crowd at the sprawling retirement community, located in parts of Sumter, Lake and Marion counties, and isa Republican stronghold.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will be on hand and the president is expected to talk about his administration’s health-care agenda, as well as sign an executive order related to “improving the Medicare program in the United States,” according to a White House official.
