Mayrhauser has dementia and also depends on medication for diabetes

The Palm Bay Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for 72-year-old Barbara J. Mayrhauser. According to Palm Bay Police Lt. Mike Smith, Mayrhauser is a white female, 5-feet tall, slightly overweight, with blue eyes and short white afro-syle hair. “Mayrhauser has dementia, and also depends on medication for diabetes,” said Lt. Smith.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for 72-year-old Barbara J. Mayrhauser.

According to Palm Bay Police Lt. Mike Smith, Mayrhauser is a white female, 5-feet tall, slightly overweight, with blue eyes and short white afro-syle hair.

It is unknown what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

“Mayrhauser has dementia, and also depends on medication for diabetes,” said Lt. Smith.

Mayrhauser was last seen in Palm Bay around 6 p.m. on Friday and left the area in a black 2004 Hyundai Elantra 4-door sedan with Florida tag ZI28S.

It is unknown what direction she left or where she may be headed.
