BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne police is seeking to locate a suspect wanted for domestic violence battery and felony domestic battery violence by strangulation.

The suspect is identified as 47-year-old Rees Jonathan Laux.

Police describe him as 6-feet tall and is known to frequent the Lake Washington Road/Stewart Road area.

Police do not want citizens approaching Laux or attempt to apprehend him.
