BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Come out for the 23rd annual Puerto Rican Day Parade and Festival hosted by United Third Bridge, Inc. on Sunday, Nov. 3 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.

The parade will begin at the corner of Eldron Boulevard and Malabar Road and will end at Palm Bay City Hall with a free festival that includes great music, dancing, and plenty of delicious food.
