BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – For Wednesday, the National Weather Service in Melbourne is calling for a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 84. 

Northeast winds are predicted to be 5 to 10 mph.

New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 71. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 69. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming west southwest after midnight.

Friday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 83. West wind 5 to 15 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.
