FHP Identifies Victim Killed in Friday Crash on I-95 in Brevard County as 28-Year-Old Woman

crash happened around 8:40 a.m. near Cocoa/Rockledge mile marker 198

Florida Highway Patrol has identified the passenger killed in a I-95 crash as 28-year-old Jacinda Stetler from Hobe Sound, Florida.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Highway Patrol has identified the passenger killed in a I-95 crash as 28-year-old Jacinda Stetler from Hobe Sound, Florida.

State troopers say the driver of a Dodge SUV failed to slow down after a semi driver reduced his speed causing the SUV to rear end the semi-trailer.

The result of the crash killed Jacinda Stetler at the scene.

The driver of the SUV is identified 39-year-old Paul Stetler from Hobe Sound. He suffered minor injuries from the crash.

The semi driver is identified as 68-year-old Lawrence Taylor from Orlando. Taylor was not injured in the crash.

Florida Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.
