Hudson was hiding at a residence in the Cocoa area

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – On Monday, deputies from our West Precinct got an anonymous tip that Charles Hudson, the Catch of the Day from this past week’s episode of “Fishing For Fugitives®️“ was hiding in a nearby pond.
According to the tipster, Hudson was hiding at a residence in the Cocoa area and if approached by deputies would attempt to hide in the attic.
Deputies from our West Precinct quickly responded to the location and subsequently searched the home where they located Hudson hiding behind the sofa.
Hudson who was wanted for Violation of Probation reference Forgery of Public Records was taken into custody without incident.
Hudson admitted to knowing that he was on “Fishing for Fugitives” but declined to comment any further. Hudson was transported to the Brevard Jail where he was being held without bond.
So the moral of this story is very simple, if you see yourself on “Fishing For Fugitives” you should probably go ahead and pack your toothbrush, because our citizens partner with us everyday to keep criminals off our streets and our deputies are relentless in trying to reel you in!!
Great job by our West Precinct Deputies and our citizen who alerted us to where Hudson was hiding as he attempted to avoid arrest!
