PROJECT: Imperial Estates E.S. Facility Renewal
Wharton-Smith is proudly the Construction Manager serving the School Board of Brevard County with the upcoming Imperial Estates E.S. Facility Renewal.
The project consists of renovations to the existing 80,000 square foot elementary school consisting of, but not limited to, plumbing, major HVAC, major electrical, misc. cleaning, repairs to concrete foundations and slab on grade, concrete and asphalt paving, repairs to load-bearing masonry walls, caulking, flashing, fire sealant, shingle and membrane roofing, roof insulation, wall insulation, repairs to personnel doors-wood and steel, repairs to windows, metal stud and gypsum wall partitions, and painting.

Deadline to submit questions/RFI’s is 5:00 P.M. on November 18, 2019.
Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
