Palm Bay Police responded to a deadly overnight shooting at a ‘loud’ party on Friday that left a 20-year-old Palm Bay man dead in the area Daysland Ave. SW.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police responded to a deadly overnight shooting on Friday that left a 20-year-old Palm Bay man dead in the area Daysland Ave. SW.

The shooting victim has been identified as Ethan O’Neal, 20, from Palm Bay.

Police say they were called to the area around 1 a.m. on Friday after reports of a loud party in the area Daysland Ave. SW.

As officers were arriving on scene, gunshots broke out and police found O’Neal at the scene with a gunshot wound.

Palm Bay Police say attempted life saving measures to save O’Neal. However, when O’Neal was taken to the hospital, he was pronounced dead.

Detectives are investigating the shooting and following some leads about the shooting.
