WATCH: 45th Space Wing Participated in Sea Park Elementary’s ‘Take a Veteran to School Day’

BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – With Veterans Day just around the corner, veterans and active-duty military members from Brevard visited Sea Park Elementary as part of their “Take a Veteran to School Day” event.

Students spent the day listening to veterans and their stories.

At the end of the day, it was hard to keep a dry eye when the students honored the military with a ceremony that included singing the songs of each military branch.

45th Space Wing officials said they can’t wait to do it again next year.
