ABOVE VIDEO: Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has named 49-year-old Douglas Carl Herman BCSO’s Fugitive of the Week in the latest installment of “Wheel of Fugitive.”
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has named 49-year-old Douglas Carl Herman BCSO’s Fugitive of the Week in the latest installment of “Wheel of Fugitive.”
Herman is wanted for violation of probation reference to Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle and violation of probation reference driving while license is suspended
He has no bond and was last seen in the Cocoa area.
