All Clear Given at Patrick Air Force Base Following Report of Bomb Threat

The threat was reported by the 45th Space Wing just after 3:30 p.m. and it was deemed not to be credible by 4:30 p.m.

Security forces and fire department officials responded to a report of a bomb threat made at Patrick Force Base on Friday afternoon, according to the 45th Space Wing on Twitter.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Security forces and fire rescue personnel responded to a bomb threat at Patrick Air Force Base on Friday afternoon that was later deemed not to be credible, according to tweets from the 45th Space Wing.

The 45th Space Wing first reported the threat, which they say prompted evacuations in the “immediate area” for safety reasons at 3:31 p.m.

An “all-clear” was given at 4:30 p.m.
