Eastern Florida State Women’s Basketball Breaks Scoring Record, Defeats Elite Sports 123-24

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team had a record-setting day against Elite Sports Saturday afternoon at Titan Field House.

The Titans set program records in points scored in the first quarter and points scored in a game, defeating Elite Sports 123-24. The 123 points are the most by the women’s basketball team as they scored 76 points in the first half.

Stephanie Torres had a career-high 19 points, 11 coming in the second half while Victoria Lewis scored a season-high 15 points.

Jacquelyn Levay had 12 points and three assists in her season debut and Skye William also finished with 12 points in the win.

The Titans, who improved to 7-1 overall, will play Santa Fe College Friday at 11 a.m. in Panama City.
