BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – May the Force be with you – Rock Paper Simple is set to feature a special showing of the Friday evening premiere of ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ at The Courtyard At The Oak in Melbourne as part of the Galactic Fundraiser.
The Friday debut showing of ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ will start at 9:30 p.m.
The Galactic Fundraiser will benefit ‘You’re the Key’ campaign which helps homeless families.
The Galactic Fundraiser also features an amazing night that will include entertainment, food, fun, prizes, community support and, of course, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
“Every ticket you buy goes right to help support You’re the Key,” said Josh Adams, “the Head Honcho” of Rock Paper Simple.
“Plus, it gets you full access to everything! You not only get your movie ticket but also access to the pre-party with provided food, cash bar, door prizes, silent auction, costumed characters and so much more.”

The event is set to begin with a pre-party and dinner at 6:30 p.m. that will include hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, door prizes, silent auction, games and cosplayers dressed as your favorite Star Wars characters.
“What’s a Star Wars party without some awesome actors showing up dressed as your favorite Star Wars characters,” said Adams.
“We have some wonderful people who are contributing their time to make this an even better event.
You’re The Key is a campaign by Family Promise of Brevard who has teamed up with LEAD Brevard for a Leadership Action Project to raise awareness about family homelessness in Brevard County and create a call to action.
One of those actions is using blockbuster movie series debut, like Star Wars, to help raise money for those families in need.
